From my youngest moments as a child I've had a fascination with sports.  When I started playing grade school basketball, the appeal and excitement of playing in a tournament was like no other game during the season. A Championship was on the line, and I was fascinated leading up the the tournament about the potential matchups.

At times I would question some of the pairings and the layouts of the tournaments.  My interest in "scheduling" only accelerated from there, when I started hosting fantasy football leagues before sites were available on the internet. I'd create unique schedules with double-headers which kept the league competitive until the final weeks of the season.  Into my professional life in project management, scheduling complicated projects with many moving pieces was core to my success. As an adult, my kids grew a love for soccer and I became increasingly involved in scheduling, then managing one of the largest single-city, single-weekend tournaments in the upper Midwest.  

Having finally recognized this is painstaking and stressful endeavor for many youth sports clubs, I've decided to lend my head professionally to help clubs make the most successful event they can. In my profession of over 20 years in project management, working with Fortune 500 companies, I've had to schedule complicated projects and multi-site deployments where activities are happening across hundreds of sites nearly simultaneously. This experience has lent itself to my ability to host some of the largest single weekend, single city soccer tournaments in the upper Midwest.
